At Unplugged Beauty, we want to get your styling essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Payment Processing: Please note that payments can take up to 4 business days to fully reflect and clear in our bank account, depending on your payment method and banking institution.

  • Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are only processed and dispatched once payment has successfully cleared in our account.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 11 business days.

  • Working Days: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and South African Public Holidays are not classified as working days.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We strive to provide the most reliable courier services to ensure your "secret weapon" arrives safely at your door.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our couriers, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey to you.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note the following:

  • Customer Account: Shipping costs for returns are for the customer’s account.

  • Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, Unplugged Beauty will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to qualify.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Unplugged Beauty cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
