Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–11 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Returns will only be considered if an item is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was delivered.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@unpluggedbeauty.co.za and include your order number together with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

We offer a strict 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.
To be eligible, customers must:
- Submit a request within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery (no exceptions)
- Provide the original order number
- Provide clear photographic and/or video evidence supporting the claim
- Demonstrate that the product has been used strictly as directed
The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations
- Failure to follow product usage instructions
- Normal variations in results between individuals
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability
- Requests submitted after the 30-day period
All requests are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet the above criteria.
If a claim is approved:
- The customer may be required to return the product at their own expense
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (where reasonably possible)
- A refund, partial refund, or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion
Processing of approved claims may take up to 21 business days after review and/or receipt of returned goods.
Defective or Damaged Items
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, customers may return goods that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
If an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange the return and cover the return shipping costs. Once the item has been received and inspected, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Photographic evidence must be provided before any return will be approved.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be returned:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- With all original contents and tags
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include personal care and beauty products.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued once a returned item has been received and inspected.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the refund request may be declined.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
